Dear Friend, How are you today? Hope you had or are having a good day? I’d like to continue more stories related to my previous blog, Sweet Aroma. After I started to have the marvelous experience of smelling various nice fragrances from Him, I once came to Seoul, to visit my mom and spend some time with her. Whenever I came to Seoul to see my mom, I worked in the branch office of my employer in Seoul. And I enjoyed meeting my colleagues in the Seoul office once in a while. After I could start to pray in the Spirit, the Holy Spirit reminded me a few times of the general manager of the Korean organization. And I felt that I must intercede for him. When I once gave him a Christian book, he said, “Yunee, I’m a believer. I go to church twice a year, once on Easter and the other on Christmas. I’ve been keeping my promise to my mother that I go to church on those two days, no matter what!” He professed himself a Christian. Yet I had my doubt on his relationship with the Lord, and I thought I must pray for him. Then, during my visit to Seoul after the baptism in the Holy Spirit, I felt a burden to pray for him right in his office before any employee came to work. But, most of the time, I was the second or third person to come to the office, after I walked my doggy in the morning. Then, one day, out of the blue, the general manager left a short message in the company messenger, “Yunee, I won’t come to the office tomorrow.” I replied to him half-jokingly, “Who cares?”, but I did care. I wanted to pray in tongue, interceding for him, right in his office, when no one was around. Then, on the very next day, it rained in the morning so that I couldn’t walk my doggy but came to the office earlier than usual. There was none in the office yet and I brought my laptop to the general manager’s office. While I was working on the work emails in my laptop, I kept praying in tongue. I found it amazing to pray in tongue, as it’s praying in the Spirit, without my mind operating itself. I could intercede for him, while my mind was fully focused on reading and replying to my work emails. Then, in thirty minutes or so, the general manager unexpectedly opened the door of his office and both of us almost fell, surprised at one another. I said to him, “Good morning! I didn’t expect you to come to the office today.” He said, “What is this? What is this smell?” I said to him, sniffing like my doggy, but smelling nothing, “What smell?” He said, “Don’t you smell this thick one in this room?” Realizing what he was talking about, I smiled, but still smelled nothing. I said to him, “I smell nothing, but what is the smell like?” He said, “It’s like thick aroma, like in kind of massage place. Do you think I’m joking now? Call anyone outside to see whether I’m telling a lie.” I knew he was not telling a lie, but I called my Christian colleague whom I shared my testimony in Singapore with, including the sweet aroma. He said to her, “Amy (pseudonym), do you smell anything?” She looked at me, smiling, and said to him, “Yes, I can smell the nice fragrance.” After she went back to her desk, I shared my testimony with him and said to him, “It’s His manifestation to let you know He is always with you. And He is calling you to Himself. Would you follow Him?” I can’t still forget the awe in his face at that time. And it was my first time to get to understand what the word “wonderful” means. Literally, our God is full of wonder. And I smiled at His sense of humor. He didn’t let me smell His presence, the very thick aroma, in the general manager’s office, while he was in such an awe with it. But later, when I came back to a guest’s desk where I used to work, I could smell the nice fragrance. I smiled. Then, later after lunch, I came to the general manager’s office for business. And he said to me in awe, “It’s strange. Now you came here, I could smell the aroma again. It wasn’t here, just before you came to my room!” I smiled and said to him, “He is calling you. Would you follow Him?” Later, he said to me, “Yunee, I envy you. You feel like you’re living in Heaven and you have such joy.” I said to him, “How do you know?” He said, “I have someone like you in my family.” He meant his mother. And he said, “My mother is shy, but when she prays in the pulpit, I’m amazed to hear how eloquent she is and how powerful her prayer is.” I know when our wonderful God works in us, no matter who we are, we carry His Presence and His Power. Dear Friend, I would like to encourage you to turn your eyes to our wonderful Lord, Jesus. He is awesome and almighty. He is full of wonder. Yes, full of wonder! The Lord we serve is greater than our problems. When He works in you, you will carry His character and His miracle-working power. All you need to do is to answer His calling and accept His invitation. All praise and glory to our wonderful Lord, Christ Jesus! Amen! Have a bliss! Yunee Make a joyful shout to God, all the earth!

"Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place. For we are to God the fragrance of Christ among those who are being saved . . .", 2 Corinthians 2:14, 15a
